Queens Chalet

This boutique Studio apartment is located on 1.3 acres of beautiful established gardens. The property is a magnificent gem of traditional architecture true to the heritage of the Sunshine Coast hinterlands. The Queens Chalet as well as the surrounding area reflect the hinterland charm and is the perfect spot to relax. It is a popular choice for a romantic getaway and is well suited as a hub for guests attending a wedding in one of the many popular venues nearby. Solo travellers enjoy the serenity and a bit of luxury me-time to recharge and relax.

The Queens Chalet is a self contained studio in its own separate building within the WinterGreen Manor complex. You are not sharing any space with other guests.


THE SPACE

The Queens Chalet is a wonderfully inviting and stylishly decorated space for up to two guests. Light and airy with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. It is very comfortable with a generous 2.5 seater couch, full-size King bed, air conditioning (heating and cooling), large 58" 4K smart TV. The private bathroom is well appointed with a toilet, shower and a genuine clawfoot bathtub. Other amenities worth noting are microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities as well as an iron and hairdryer with all linen an towels provided.


GUEST ACCESS

The Queens Chalet has it's own dedicated parking area with plenty of space for multiple larger vehicles, motorcycles etc.

You have a private easily accessible short 8 step staircase leading up to the Chalet.


GARDENS

The grounds of WinterGreen Manor are surrounded by various smaller and larger gardens; the WinterGreen Garden, Fairytale Garden, Tree House Garden, Queens Garden and Cottage Garden. With well over 250 roses throughout the property, should you stay here during the rose blooming season (approx September through to March) you are sure to be delighted by beautiful blooms, fragrances, and romantic surroundings as you stroll through the gardens.

To bring delight to your stay there are many other varieties of flowering cottage garden annuals and perennials as well as deciduous and evergreen flowering trees and bushes to enjoy through the ever-changing seasons.
